This is what under my clothes a back pain patch .....that helps with keeping heat in my back and reduces pain (Mkanda wa kutoa maumivu kwenye mgongo wenye joto na dawa ya kupunguza maumivu) all these is from endometriosis....,very bad lower back pain and lower abdomen) don't ever judge a book by its cover ".
